1. Platform Usage

OpenTailor provides a platform that connects customers with independent tailoring professionals. We do not directly provide tailoring services.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform legally and respectfully
• Avoid uploading harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the app

3. Tailor Responsibility

Tailors are solely responsible for:

• Quality of stitching and services
• Delivery timelines
• Pricing and customer communication
• Managing customer expectations

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, requirements, and design references.

5. Payments & Transactions

Any payments, pricing discussions, or service agreements between customers and tailors are their own responsibility unless otherwise stated within the app.

6. Account Suspension

OpenTailor reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate platform policies or misuse services.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, logos, and platform materials belong to OpenTailor and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

OpenTailor is not liable for disputes, damages, delays, stitching quality issues, or losses arising between customers and tailors.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.
